By hiring or commissioning me, you are inferring that you completely agree to every term in here.
All my terms of service and prices can be revised if you're an animation studio or company looking for freelancers.
Any innapropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you're rude to me, your commission will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

My animation commissions go through the following phases:

My deadline for drawing and painting commissions is up to one month, but I generally work way quicker than that.
For animation commissions, I can't give a deadline without knowing the duration and complexity.
If you need the commission completed before a certain date, let me know, and we can negotiate whether or not it will cost extra.
I may decline any commission requests before payment without giving explanations.
I will charge more if I believe your character has a complex design (especially for animation commissions).
I take payments from physical people beforehand through PayPal in USD or Euro. For Brazilians, PIX and BRL is also an option.
If the commission price is above USD400 or EUR400, we can discuss the payment being half upfront and half after I deliver the finished product.
I will send you work-in-progress updates at the end of each of the phases stated above, and you must reply within 7 days. If you do not, I will assume you accept it and will continue work as if so. Rework requested after the 7-day period will cost extra.
I will not work on your commission until payment has been processed, and will offer a refund only if I'm still in the thumbnails phase.
If you do not get in touch with me 7 days after I sent you the invoice and have not paid, your commission will be cancelled and you will have to make another request if you still want it.
For animation commissions, my minimum price is charging for 1 animated second, even if you want less than 1 second of animation.
Animation commissions will be delivered in .gif format, .png image sequence, and/or .mp4 if requested by the client.
I reserve the right to post your commission and use it as example on my portfolio, demo reel, and/or for sales, but if asked to refrain from posting for a while (for example, if the commission is a gift) I will wait before posting. I may and will credit you or a third party as the owner of the character, if asked to.
I do not take commissions for animating a full piece of audiovisual work on my own.
I won't produce alone a long audiovisual piece* for a person or organisation. For hiring me for this type of work, your project needs to already have a director; or you may hire me as a director (or animation director, if your project is mixed media) and let me have an animation team.
*(For example: music videos, short movies.)
Do NOT, under ANY circumstance, utilize my art for NFTs or feed it to Artificial Intelligence.
You may repost your commission and use it as an icon, banner, or on your website, with given credit to me.
You can edit the finished commission as long as it is not a major edit. No color changes, no drawing on top.
You can use your commission on personal products.
You may NOT use your commission on products intended for sale, or in advertising. If you intend to use it for selling products, please state it on your order. Keep in mind, it will cost extra.
